Alchemy Salon training program is set to be a year long. Eight months of weekly morning training going over the curriculum below and four months building a clientele before becoming a commission stylist.
Course Guide:
Front Desk: You will first learn how to greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere for each experience. As well as how to properly use our booking and inventory systems.
Client Care: We take pride in our customer service. In this stage you will learn the characteristics of becoming a professional stylist.
Social Media/Marketing: You will gain an understanding of personal branding; how to use social media to advertise yourself and find your ideal clientele on all platforms.
Consultations: You will master the art of consultations. Before any service you will learn techniques to make sure you and the client are on the same page. This will ensure you provide the best service and the client expectations are met.
Base Techniques: This is the stage you start to physically touch a client with the basic services. You will familiarize yourself with these base services. This will also help aid in your confidence and help to build relationships with the existing clients.
Cutting: You will become proficient in all salon reality cuts that you will be able to modify for any client.
Color: You will acquire skill and knowledge of all color techniques that are salon reality and trending.
Extensions: In this stage you will be taught all methods of extensions.
