Cancellation Policy
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
In order to book an appointment a card on file is required. Any cancellation fees will be applied to the card provided. If the payment is not processed the customer will not be able to rebook with any stylist until payment is made. Customer can make payment by requesting an invoice prior to appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a 50% of the services scheduled fee.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to readjust or reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you in 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
We believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Client personal information including card on file and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
